North Carolina standout forward Caleb Wilson has undergone season-ending surgery after breaking his right thumb during a non-contact drill in practice on Thursday, ESPN's Shams Charania reported Friday.
Wilson, a top NBA Draft prospect, hadn't played since Feb. 10 and had been recovering from a left hand fracture.
