A little over a year later, people are still talking about the shocking trade that sent Luka Dončić to the Los Angeles Lakers, along with Anthony Davis and a 2029 first-round pick, to the Dallas Mavericks.
On Tuesday, the conversion continued with the Mavericks reportedly trading Davis, Jaden Hardy, D'Angelo Russell, and Dante Exum to the Washington Wizards for Khris Middleton, AJ Johnson, Malaki Branham, Marvin Bagley III, and two future first-round picks and three seconds.
The Mavericks essentially received several players, three first-round picks, which include the one they received from the Lakers last year, and three seconds from last year's Dončić trade.
